Room Rental Charges

United Place (Hall can hold up to 160 people. Wine can be served with a sit down meal only. (Renter is responsible for getting their own liquor license.)

  • Meetings: $150.00/day (If breakout rooms are required, they must be booked before the date of your meeting and will be charged accordingly.)

  • Afternoon Teas, Birthdays & Anniversaries: $175/day (if afternoon continues into evening the cost is $200.00)

  • Dinner and Evening: $250.00

  • Showers: $75.00

There is a charge for the kitchen when using an external caterer - $50.00 for up to 100 people and $75.00 for over 100 people.

Unless related to inclement weather, a 25.00 fee will be applied to all cancellations of United Place Hall. 10% of the cost of catering will be applied if catering is cancelled.

Upper meeting room (ACCOMMODATES up to 30 people)

  • $50.00/day

quiet lounge(for small meetings up to 10 people)

  • $25.00/day

Technology Rentals

We have the following items available for use in United Place. There is a screen on the wall and all tables will be set up facing the screen. WiFi is available in all rental rooms. Please advise the Administrative Assistant at the time of your booking if you will require a WiFi password. Cost for technology rentals is $20/day.

  • Sound system with wired microphone or lapel microphone. Laptops may be connected to the sound system.

  • Projector - HDMI & VGA cables available for hooking up to your laptop. We do not have Apple adapters available. Please bring your own if needed.

  • Large Screen TV/DVD/VCR

These items must be booked in advance of your rental date.
